Welcome to the Broad Oak & Horam Under 9's site for 2011/2012.Hi everyoneMay I take this opportunity to welcome you all to our u9’s squad.This season we have two teams of enthusiastic players. All coaches have FA Level 1 coaching badges, CRB checks and first aid certificate.We have lots of new challenges this season for our squad, bigger pitches, bigger balls, and 15 minute half’s in matches making a total of 30 minutes per match this means we need to have better stamina and physical fitness plus more than ever we will need the ability to pass the ball around well.We will be working hard on dribbling, passing, shooting, attacking, defending, technique, and goalkeeping to help in becoming confident footballers and move our squad of dedicated footballers forwards.Our season starts on sat 3rd September 2011 with training at Horam rec from 10-11:30 please make sure you have your training kit, shin pads, boots and trainers and bottles of water to keep hydrated.Good luck to all our players we hope this season we play our best football yet.
