Welcome to the Broad Oak & Horam Under 11's site for 2011/2012.
The 2011/2012 season brings along a whole new set of challenges for our squad as we move into competitive 11-a-side football for the first time. This comes on the back of our most successful season so far as we finished mini-soccer on a high by winning the Under 10s league in brilliant style. We hope to take this momentum and winning mentality into this season.We start the season with around 20 players and have entered 1 team into the Crowborough and District Junior Football League where we will be playing on Saturday mornings at a new venue, Tower Rec in Heathfield. Training will continue mid-week throughout the season and more details of this will be available early in the season. Both Ian and I are excited by the new challenge that 11-a-side football provides and cannot wait to get stuck into the season. We have a great bunch of lads in our squad who show terrific commitment and passion regardless of the situation they find themselves in.
