Dear Parents,

About a month ago, I handed each player a letter from the club requesting help for Broad Oak's tournament this weekend. I'm still to receive a single letter back, listing out times you can help.

Iv'e been advised that as a team, we all need to help in the opposite session to when the lads are playing. So, Sunday afternoon from 12ish - close of play for us. (This is what has happend in previous years)
